DVDs must be unopened and still in their original plastic wrap. Opened DVD's are not returnable unless they are defective.

Any defective DVD's will be exchanged.

To return a DVD please e-mail us at: returns@topmodelingposes.com to obtain a return number. DVD's returned without a return number may not be accepted.

DVD's will be shipped from New Jersey via US Priority Mail for US orders and Global Priority Mail for international orders.

Delivery time vis Priority US Mail within 3 business days. International orders may take up to 10 days.

Shipping & Handling charges for Priority US Mail is $6.95 and $11.95 for Canada and international orders.
